                     	    Extension/Trunk Bandwidth tool
                                   January 2015
                       ========================================

Purpose:
The Extension Trunk Bandwidth tool is a Windows Command Line tool that calculates
the top ten peak extension usage, Peak Trunk usage, and Trunk Minutes. Since the
tool uses the MaxCS Internal CDR database, it can only be run on the MaxCS server.

Updates in this release:
The previous tool (EXTTRKTool2) only worked until 12/31/2014 and should be deleted.
This updated Tool corrects that oversight and is good until the next millennium!

Usage:
Copy EXTTRKTool3.exe to MaxCS server.
To calculate the estimated bandwidth needed, multiply peak calls by CODEC used
e.g. 12*100(G711)=1.2Mb/sec.

This latest version of the tool will also display Trunk statistics by adding one
of the following available switches.

e-( Check peak extension calls)
t-(check peak trunk calls)
T-(check peak trunk calls without SIP-Tie trunks)
m-(check trunk minutes)
M-(check trunk minutes without SIP-Tie)

q-(quit).
